Former Transamerica Executive Named Executive Vice President For API Outsourcing, Inc.

St. Paul, MN, March 2004 – API Outsourcing, Inc., the leading providerof billing and accounts payable financial processes and business transformationoutsourcing services to Fortune 1000 companies, announced that J. Peter Donlon,a former executive at Transamerica Corporation, has joined its top managementteam as Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing. Donlon will serve as a memberof both the Operating Committee and Executive Committee. With over 24 years ofexperience in business process improvement, sales, client development, marketstrategy and outsourcing, Donlon will be responsible for the continued expansionof sales and market share.

He holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Union College, New York. Donlon is a past international Fellow for the Thomas J. Watson Foundation.
