Gary Halleen - Founder & CEO of API Outsourcing - Named "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year®"

St. Paul, MN, June 2004 – Gary M. Halleen, President and Chief Executive Officer of API Outsourcing, Inc., was named by Ernst & Young as a 2004 Entrepreneur Of The Year® for the Minnesota and Dakotas Region. The honor was awarded to API's Founder and CEO at a black-tie event on Thursday, June 10.
