API RECEIVES MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT FROM AMN HEALTHCARE INC.

St. Paul, MN, September 30, 2005 – API Outsourcing, Inc., a business transformation outsourcing company focusing on billing and accounts payable process automation within the staffing sector, announced a multi-year contract with AMN Healthcare Inc.

AMN Healthcare Inc., a leading temporary healthcare staffing company, is the largest nationwide provider of travel nurse staffing services. The company recruits nurses and allied health professionals nationally and internationally and places them on temporary assignments, of variable lengths, at acute-care hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the United States.

API’s Billing Solution will enable AMN Healthcare to electronically match timecards to client invoices. Once matched, bills will be automatically generated and sent to AMN clients in a variety of formats such as EDI, print and mail, or eBill—with or without supporting documentation. All invoices, statements and support documents will be electronically linked and archived for easy online access. Additionally, certain AMN clients will also be provided with online access to their invoices and associated timecards. Overall expected benefits to AMN are reduced processing costs and greater efficiency due to the adoption of electronic invoices over paper invoices.
