API Outsourcing Expands Sales Force to Support Growing Market

St. Paul, MN, April 27, 2006 - API Outsourcing, Inc., a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider of state-of-the-art invoice automation, announced today that it has increased its sales force in response to a growing demand in the marketplace.

Rich Hawkins has been hired as a Senior Account Executive in the logistics area to support API’s Freight Payment Solution. He has spent almost 30 years within the Logistics Industry serving in sales, account management, process improvement, facilities management and territory development roles. Rich has worked with firms such as Yellow Freight, Midland Transportation and Central Transport.

Steve Van Tuyl, Senior Business Development Executive for the Financial Services Industry, will support our distribution partners, Wells Fargo and Fifth Third Bank in marketing API’s Payables Solution. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the sales of financial products, systems and information services. Much of that work has been in direct support of reseller partnerships. He has worked for payment transaction processors, credit card service providers and retail payment product firms.

Lisa Bowen has been hired as a Senior Account Executive to support nation-wide sales of billing, accounts payable and document management services. Lisa brings a wealth of sales and relationship-building experiences and capabilities. Most recently, Lisa was with IBM focusing on expanding their corporate accounts. Prior to that role, her experience included working with Archway Marketing Services, Young America and eleven years with Honeywell.
