API Outsourcing Secures Contract With Equinox Fitness

Equinox has contracted to utilize API’s Payables Solution with the ability to electronically review, approve, route and initiate payment of invoices. API will deliver an end-to-end solution for the payables process—from initial invoice presentment through approval and payment. The project will include both a purchase order and non-purchase order workflow solution. The purchase order solution will match invoices received with Equinox’s purchase order data to ensure validation at the line item level.  Business benefits will include a significant reduction in operating costs, improved financial control and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, reduction in errors and duplicate payments, better managed Days Payable Outstanding, and an electronic audit trail.
